About 4 inches of snow fell between February 5 and 6 in our area of Brown County, Indiana. Early this morning, I sat on the back porch -- just listening to the snow falling in the woods. It was still dark. No birds or squirrels were up yet. No sound except the snow falling and the wind rushing through the trees. Cold, but exhilarating!
Here's a Tufted Titmouse entering the bird house near the feeders in our Brown County woods.
